In honor of today’s kickoff of the 2013 San Diego Comic-Con MTV 2 is bringing their first ever Party In The Park event to all convention badge holders at Petco Park.

Featuring live performances by Dillon Francis and New Politics, as well as appearances from the casts of Guy Code and Teen Wolf, this event is sure to be one of the highlights of the weekend!!

In preparation for the event I sat down with star of both Guy Code and Girl Code, Chris Distefano, and we talked about what he’s looking forward to seeing at Comic-Con as well as some tips on how to handle certain scenarios.

What type of nerdy stuff are you looking forward to at Comic-Con?

Chris Distefano: I want to really just meet The Man of Steel and see his chiseled bone structure in person.

Any costumes that you’d like to see?

CD: I’d like to see Bane, people in Bane masks. I’m not too much into the nerd culture as some of the other guys but I respect it. I’m actually just looking forward to being surprised at the lengths that people go to to make a costume.

Is this your first Comic-Con in general?

CD: First Comic-Con in general! Never done it before. I’m really out of the loop of it but I’m excited to learn all of it.

They’re tossing you into the deep end. San Diego is the biggest one so it’s a nice way to start out. I have a couple of random situations and I want to see how you’d handle them using Guy Code.

Your girlfriend wants to dress up to go to the con and wants you to dress up too but you don’t want to. How do you get out of that?

CD: I can shart in the costume and say “Look babe, I wanted to wear this with you but I sharted in it and now I can’t. It’s a long process to wash spandex, you have to airdry it, and by the time it’s done Comic-Con will be over. You look beautiful. You stay in that and I’ll just go in a Yankee jersey and cargo shorts like I wanted to wear initially.”

Fair enough. Would she buy that right away or would it take some convincing?

CD: My girl would buy that right away because she’s unfortunately had to clean many of my sharted underwear, so she would realize that that’s just the truth. She would be upset about it but she would get over it.

What would you say to the one guy who dresses up as Slave Leia from Star Wars Return of the Jedi?

CD: That guy is an in-the-closet homosexual, which is fine. He’ll come out of the closet a few years later and I support that guy! I support him and his rights and am glad that he can now get married.

A lot of people like to camp overnight while waiting in line for panels, sometimes after staying out drinking. Do you have any tips?

CD: Try to be as far away from other dudes as possible. It’s Guy Code to put up tents next to all groups of girls, especially dressed as Princess Leia, that’s number one. Number two is just realizing that you’re probably going to feel like shit in the morning. Don’t get rig of the empty bottles because that’s what you’re going to have to pee in. You don’t want to walk drunk at night or hungover in the morning to pee. You’ll want to pee in the bottle.

Wide rimmed bottles like Gatorade’s, right?

CD: Yeah. Big, big rimmed bottles for your big strapping penis.

Who would make a better wingman; Tony Stark or Bruce Wayne?

CD: Bruce Wayne just because he is more mysterious I think and he’s just got more gadgets. You’re wingman saying “Let me give you the keys to the batmobile” will just impress the hell out of any girl.

I have a scenario for you. Lets say you don’t have a girlfriend and at the bar you pick up a girl dressed as Catwoman. You go back to her hotel and start fooling around when her boyfriend dressed as Batman comes in from the balcony and tries to initiate a threeway. What do you do?

CD: I would make believe like I’m The Joker and just do it with a big smile on my face.

You’re invited to Playboy’s Comic-Con party but your girlfriend is your plus one. How would you enjoy the event and deal with the relationship?

CD: The saving grace for me is that my girlfriend is smoking hot. It’s easier for me when you have a hot girlfriend. My girl is hotter and cooler in my eyes than all those playmates so that one would be an easy one.

Are you going to hit up any parties while you are in town?

CD: I’m only going to be in town for one day. I’ve got to come back [to New York] right away but I’ll definitely look. I’m just going to follow in the footsteps of Jordan Carlos and Jon Gabrus. They know Comic-Con well so I’m just going to do what they tell me to do.
