With just under a month to go until Comic-Con many people are already looking onward towards the future, and when it comes to Comic-Con there is very little people will not do in order to get themselves out to the west coast.
If you read this and nodded in agreement then you are EXACTLY what SPIKE TV is looking for!
Fresh off the wire via Gotham casting, SPIKE (and their partner Geico) are looking for eight adventurous people who will be in the San Diego area during Comic-Con to participate in a taping of some sort on July 19th. While they are cautious to slip out details of what they have planned the competition it does look like it will be a sort of “American Idol” type of contest complete with judges and audience participation.

SPIKE TV is holding a contest to find the most amazing superhero – finalists will compete for a chance to win a trip for 2 to the 2014 event in San Diego, CA & other great prizes!WE’RE LOOKING FOR
**8 adventurous contestants age 18 and over
**Must be in San Diego on JULY 19, 2013
**Must be willing to compete for prizes based on the below criteria1. Participant will create a super hero costume from a wardrobe bin, and appear on stage.
2. Participant must remain dressed in a super hero costume (over participants clothing) throughout the Challenge.
3. Participant must enter a digital photo booth and distribute a photo socially (e.g., Twitter).
4. Participant must engage audience.
