The San Diego Blood Bank has just announced that it is once again teaming up with HBO’s True Blood for a blood drive during the week of Comic-Con.
From 9:00 AM until 6:00 PM Thursday through Saturday, and 10-4 on Sunday, con goers are encouraged to come in and make a donation of either a pint of blood or some plasma during one of their MANY appointment slots. This is a very big thing to do that should, in a just universe, send some positive con-karma your way.
Oh, and of course you get some free stuff as well as cookies and juice! And by stuff I mean True Blood branded shirt, bandaid, and water bottle. Last year they also had a large selection of the many WB convention bags on hand for you to pick one up if you wished and that might be the case this year as well.
