Oh look! Another C2E2 announcement! This time it’s news from BOOM! Studios
The Chicago Comic & Entertainment Expo (C2E2) 2013 is being held in the West Building at McCormick Place located at 2301 S. Lake Shore Drive in Chicago, Illinois. On Friday, April 26th the show will run from 11am-7pm, on Saturday the 27th from 10am -7pm, and on Sunday, April 28th from 10am – 5pm.
BOOM! Studios has teamed up with Mighty Fine (WeLoveFine.com) and will be sharing a booth at the show (booth #909). The combined booth will be the only place to pick up our three C2E2 exclusive variant covers for REGULAR SHOW #1, BRAVEST WARRIORS #7 and ADVENTURE TIME #15 by artist Tessa Stone. Additionally, KaBOOM! editor Shannon Watters will be on hand all weekend to interact with fans alongside REGULAR SHOW artist Allison Strejlau.
On Sunday from 12:15pm to 1:15pm, BOOM! will be hosting the “We are BOOM!” Panel in room #W471. Join BOOM! Studios CEO and Founder Ross Richie, Editor-in-Chief Matt Gagnon, Vice President of Publishing & Marketing Filip Sablik, and Editor Shannon Watters reintroduce BOOM! Studios to the world of comics. This won’t be your average publisher panel droning on and on through a series of press releases and stale cover images. Find out what makes BOOM!
