TELEVISION ICONS SID & MARTY KROFFT TO HEADLINE EXCLUSIVE PANEL HOSTED BY CHRIS GORE WITH A SPECIAL SURPRISE GUEST SATURDAY, JULY 14 ONLY AT COMIC-CON IN SAN DIEGO
(Los Angeles, CA) — Sid and Marty Krofft changed Saturday mornings forever when the sibling puppeteers unleashed colorful characters like H.R. Pufnstuf and The Bugaloos on a generation of sugary-cereal-fueled kids growing up in the 1970s and ’80s. They have recently debuted three new DVD releases including a compilation disc featuring classic episodes of some of their most beloved shows along with full series releases of H.R. Pufnstuf and the first season of Sigmund and the Sea Monsters All three sets are available now from Vivendi Entertainment. At this year’s Comic-Con panel the Krofft brothers will debut for the first time ever an exclusive look at the never-before-seen network pitch presentation reel that sold Land of the Lost to NBC. Join them for this exclusive discussion called Sid & Marty Krofft: A Look at the Past, Present and Future. The panel will be moderated by G4 Attack of the Show’s Chris Gore and will feature a special surprise guest to be revealed that day.
