SEGA comes to SDCC and NERD HQ

Gaming, NerdHQ, Off Site/Parties, San Diego Comic Con '14

One of the most talked about and eagerly anticipated games of 2014, Alien: Isolation, will come to life and be showcased amazing, spine-tingling fashion in a custom-designed, giant-sized Alien egg pod that will be at the FUTURE booth #241. The replica version of the iconic egg from the Alien series will immerse gamers into a solitary gaming pod for a unique, chilling, fear-inducing event. Enter if you dare!

To help extend the experience on site, SEGA will also make an Alien: Isolation SDCC app available for download. Recreating the motion tracker used in both the original film and new game, the app will allow fans to locate the FUTURE booth and offer additional goodies.

Alien: Isolation will also take over Nerd HQ from July 24-27 at Petco Park, just steps away from the Convention Center and will be the best chance to get hands on demos with the new game.

Just steps away from the Convention Center, Nerd HQ will be the official home for SEGA throughout the show – spotlighting Sonic Boom, a brand-new extension of the Sonic Universe that will introduce new video games, the first-ever CG-animated television series, and a robust merchandise program. The new games Sonic Boom™: Rise of Lyric for the Wii U system, and Sonic Boom™: Shattered Crystal for the Nintendo 3DS hand-held system, will be on hand for live game demos. Sonic Boom will also have a presence on the main floor of SDCC at the Archie Comics Booth #2842.
